Two years ago today, Ford was released from the hospital after spending time in the ICU and a few days in a regular room. He had suffered a seizure after his sodium levels had dropped critically low. He also had aspiration pneumonia from that seizure. Dr. Alward was the critical care doctor and pulmonologist who was on call in the ER that night and has taken very good care of Ford
Yesterday Dr. Alward said Ford had recovered so well that he needed to release him from his care in order to make room for the people who were really sick.
Another milestone. Hooray!
Thank you, Dr. Alward, for taking care of Ford!
